I don’t know if you need more help with translation, but I am a native English speaker who served a Spanish-speaking mission, hold a BA in Linguistics, have a monolingual Spanish-speaking wife, and am finishing up a certification program in English-Spanish translation and interpretation. I would be glad to help out with a document here or there if you’d like, or proofread some of the translations from Queuno or anyone else you have working.

As part of the upgrades, which will be over the next year and a half, there will be, planned to be done by the end of 2006, the entire LDS.org site will be translated into Spanish or very nearly so.

It will also be available in Portuguese, and seven other languages.

You can find out about the changes by going to http://beta.lds.org/ and you may have to scroll down to find the links to the What’s New document, a PDF file. This explains all that is coming soon as well as over the next 18 months or so to lds.org
